Best Baibars Builds (Talent Tree) in Rise of Kingdoms

Baibars is actually a quite sweet epic commander in Rise of Kingdoms and you can use him quite well, especially if you get him early and start working on him early.

Baibars Role

There are actually two things you want to actually do with Baibars – and that’s catching other players in the open field or smash cities.

His Hasty Getaway skill is great if you might get into trouble and I personally like him more in the open field than actually rallying another city. But, both is possible with him.

So, I have here two builds for you that you can use, depending if you want to get out in the open field or you want to smash other players’ cities.

Open Field/Cavalry Build

Here’s the build that you want to use when you want to chase down other players in the open field:

best baibars build for open field

Build with RoKTalent Builder

This is the build and if you haven’t maxed out Baibars, yet… this is the order that I would recommend you to spend your talent points on him.

First of all, you go into the Cavalry Tree and get Charge first and make your way to the upper node that will improve your march speed. After that, get Halbred and also take the node behind that to get more march speed.

Reason is – and I do recommend getting Rejuvenate first in many other builds – that you will need that extra march speed in the open field. There’s no way you can really catch other armies if you’re slow, no matter how much rage you can produce in a battle…

Now you should go to the left and spend your talent points on Undying Fury to generate some extra rage with every attack. Get now Emblazoned Shield and Disarm and ultimately get Rallying Cry.

Now that you have the Cavalry Tree done, it’s time get into the Skill Tree and unlock Rejuvenate to get a rage engine rolling. Many people underestimate how powerful Rejuvenate is… you will get 150 rage every time when Baibars or the secondary commander uses their primary skill, so that’s a total of 300 rage out of the 1000 rage requirement you need – you basically will start generating rage for your skill a lot faster and cycle through the skill faster. And as the skill will be available faster, you will get the additional rage faster. So, it makes absolute sense to get Rejuvenate here.

Tactical Mastery and Heraldic Shield are now for your last points and will reduce the skill damage you get a little bit and buff your primary skill (which you will use a lot more with Rejuvenate).

That’s the build for the open field and it’s one that I actually enjoy a lot with Baibars.

Rallying Cities Build

Now, if you rather want to take down other cities, this is probably the build you will have more success with:

best baibars build for conquering

Build with RoKTalent Builder

With this build your first step will be getting into the Conquering Tree to get Meteor Shower unlocked – the order is not so important here just get it done 🙂 I personally don’t like most of the talents in the Conquering Tree (or, let’s better say, most of them are okayish and not excellent).

After that get Rejuvenate in the Skill Tree (if you skipped my explanation above in the Open Field Build, read why Rejuvenate is so good) unlocked as quickly as possible.

Then head over to the Cavalry Tree and get Charge for the sake of getting the extra march speed, both of that will help if anything goes wrong in your attempt and you need to limit the damage on your army and get away quick.

Last points then can be Tactical Mastery and Heraldic Shield, makes most sense in my opinion but you can also see where else you want to spend them.
